    • Collect copies of all contracts for vendors, venues, seating charts, etc, so that the wedding day’s details are covered

    EVENT DESIGN

    • Coordinate room/space layout for ceremony/reception

    VENDORS

    • Vendor recommendations
    • Creation of a contact sheet for all vendors for use on day of wedding
    • Confirmation calls to all vendors 7-10 days prior to the wedding, and again 2-3 days before
    • Manage all vendor timelines and activities on the wedding day

    GUEST LIST SERVICES

    • Assist in creation and management of seating chart
    • Provide final count to venues and caterer

    REHEARSAL

    • Complete coordination of ceremony rehearsal
    • Provide detailed timeline of events (rehearsal, ceremony, & reception) and distribute to all wedding party members, vendors, and all other applicable participants
    • Provide copy of vows, readings, etc to officiant
    • Assume responsibility for necessary personal items for wedding day, such as marriage license, rings, garter, etc.

    PREPARATION DAY-OF

    • Full day-of service
    • Day-of management and communication with all vendors
    • Provide emergency kit of various supplies
    • Coordinate transportation of wedding accessories to ceremony & reception

    CEREMONY

    • Ensure ceremony site setup accurately
    • Manage programs, guest book, and other materials, including ceremony materials such as unity candles and sand ceremony supplies
    • Coordinate bridal party lineup & music for procession

    RECEPTION

    • Ensure reception site setup accurately
    • Manage menus, place cards, toasting glasses, cake servers, favors, etc.
    • Work with all vendors to ensure proper order of scheduled events
    • Line up wedding party for introductions
    • Collect gifts and document count, deliver to assigned vehicle or hotel room
